If you feel this\, you’re not alone. \nOne week after Mother’s Day\, we invite you to take a Mother’s Day Off.  \nJoin mindful connection teacher\, Anna Sullivan\, and yoga therapist\, Danielle Sack—also moms!—for a day of regenerative rest in the rolling meadow of a regenerative farm. \nSink deep into whole-self nourishment with gentle yoga\, journaling\, creative play\, and rest; with delicious food\, including a GF and vegan lunch by Wilde Roots Provisions. There will be time to connect\, wander\, and watch the clouds drift. \nBring your yoga mat\, journal\, and (perhaps) a good book.
