October 24 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
As we enter the season of Halloween – believed by ancient Celts to be the time the veil between our world and “the other side” thins – join poet and mindfulness teacher Anna Sullivan for a spacious exploration into death and loss. This two-hour workshop combines intentional community and handwritten letters to support deep connection: to ourselves, each other, and our beloved lost.
Writing letters to those who have died is a powerful tool, a way to meaningfully express gratitude, grief, or even outstanding grievances/questions. This event, inspired by Postal Service for the Dead, is for anyone looking to connect to lost loved ones (through death or some other kind of way) at any stage of life.
Materials will be provided, with additional information emailed prior to the event. Participants aged 18+ please.
