It’s finally here: The Farmstand Butcher Counter!
They’ve been dropping hints for a while, and Carnation Farms is thrilled to announce that their new butcher counter will be opening at the Farmstand this September. You can find house-made sausages, dry-aged beef, fresh cuts of our pasture-raised lamb and beef, and more.
They’re celebrating with:

• A hot food pop-up – featuring delicious bites from our culinary team
• New Farmstand merch – including aprons and bandanas
• Personalized cutting boards – with live wood-burning by artist CJ Beebe. Bring your favorite board from home or purchase one onsite.
