Despite Blowing Wind and Rain, Snoqualmie Valley Hospital Hosts its First Mass Vaccination Clinic Outdoors

Snoqualmie Valley Hospital administered more than 800 COVID vaccines this past weekend at its first-ever mass vaccination event at the hospital. The drive-thru event was hosted in partnership with the Snoqualmie Fire Department and the City of Snoqualmie.

“We’re beyond ecstatic that our first mass vaccination event went off without a hitch,” said Renee Jensen, Snoqualmie Valley Hospital CEO. “It was a true community event and couldn’t have been possible without our partners.”

Hospital, fire and police personnel staffed the Clinic that ran for eight hours Sunday.

Hospital and SFD staff are preparing for the second-dose clinic on April 25. Patients who attended the first-dose clinic are asked to return to the hospital with their IDs and vaccination cards Sunday, April 25, at the same time they arrived at the first-dose clinic to receive their second COVID vaccine.
