Deborah Estrada Appointed Snoqualmie’s New City Clerk

Mayor Matt Larson administered the Oath of Office to Deborah “Deb” Estrada at the October 11 City Council meeting, where she was appointed as City Clerk for the City of Snoqualmie. She will begin work on October 18, 2021.

Estrada has served in city government since 1999, most recently as City Clerk at the City of Mercer Island. Her previous positions include City Clerk/Executive Assistant to the City Manager in Sunnyside, Washington; Executive Director of the Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce; and Deputy City Clerk for the City of Toppenish, Washington.

She holds a Master Municipal Clerk certification from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and serves as a board member on the Washington Municipal Clerks Association Executive Committee. 

Snoqualmie’s former City Clerk, Jodi Warren, retired in June 2021. Nicole Wiebe is serving as Interim City Clerk.
