In addition to two formal yearly concerts, planned activities include performances on the Argosy Christmas Ship, at area Christmas tree lightings and on the Snoqualmie Santa Train. Choir members help plan each concert, choosing repertoire and creating programs.

Parsons has performed all over the world, including with the London Philharmonic Choir and is a founding member of the Seattle-based Mägi Ensemble, a professional women’s choir. Her vision for SVGC reaches beyond the music – to forming lasting member relationships, within families and among the community.
