Crews respond to large structure fire in North Bend

Eastside Fire and Rescue responded to fire in North Bend Monday evening, November 21, 2016.

According to the Eastside Fire Twitter feed, the full response happened around 5:30PM to what was initially described as a ‘well involved barn fire’ in the area of Ribary Way and SE 131st  – located near I-90 exit 31.

Eastside Fire & Rescue later reported that it wasn’t clear if the structure was a barn or a detached garage, but that the roof had collapsed and there was fire exposure on one side. It was later determined the structure was a shop, with a residence above it. No injuries were reported.

Multiple fire agencies responded to the large structure fire, including EF&R, Fall City, Bellevue, and Snoqualmie Fire Departments.
