Community Invited to Informational Meeting about New Habitat for Humanity Affordable Housing Project

The City of North Bend invites community members to an upcoming informational meeting about the new Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County affordable housing project.

The meeting will include information on applicant qualifications, application requirements, and the community application preference period for people residing or working in North Bend zip code 98045.  That community application preference is anticipated to span the month of April 2021.

The virtual public outreach meeting will happen on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 6PM. Habitat for Humanity representatives will provide an overview on applicant qualifications and requirements, as well as answer questions from attendees.

Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County anticipates starting construction this summer on its new townhome community located near the intersection of E. 2nd Street and Janet Ave in downtown North Bend. Each of the seven 1,250 sq. ft. townhomes will have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
