Burger and Fries Fans: New kitchen means New menu for Snoqualmie Brewery, debuts next week

If you eat out at The Snoqualmie Brewery & Taproom, starting next week you’ll notice a big change… a new menu starting April 10th.

‘The Brewery’ – popular with locals and tourists – has been making some changes over the past couple of months, letting Facebook followers in on what’s coming.

The menu change was made possible by new kitchen equipment. If you’re familiar with The Brewery’s menu, you’ll know they don’t serve burgers and fries. That was due to the existing kitchen equipment… i.e. no deep fryer.

The new equipment was installed in February – including roof work needed to vent the new kitchen hood – and since that time there’s been a lot of new menu testing.

Thanks to the new kitchen line upgrade burgers, french fries AND fish & chips will all debut on the menu for the first time… complete with locally inspired menu names.

But don’t worry, lots of the old favorites – like pizzas – are still on that revamped menu.

The new menu was shared on the Facebook page this week. You can follow the Snoqualmie Brewery and Taproom Facebook page to stay up to date (some other changes are also in the works) and take a peek at the new menu items.

Good Luck!
