Bring on the EGGS! Snoqualmie Valley Easter Egg Hunts Ready for Droves of Children

If you’re looking for some Easter egg hunting fun in the coming week, here are a few annual events that should have your child or egghunt2pooch covered.

Be warned, with so many little ones inhabiting the Snoqualmie Valley these days, come early and gather those eggs quickly!

The City of Snoqualmie stuffs about 10,000 eggs for their annual Easter Egg Hunt, and they are usually grabbed and in a basket within about THREE minutes.

Teen Flashlight Egg Hunt

For teens, Friday, April 3, 2015, 8:30PM – 9:30PM at Centennial Fields, 39903 SE Park Street in Snoqualmie. Grab a flashlight and search for candy and prize-filled eggs.  Fun continues when the eggs are gone, with food and beverages, mobile game theater from 8:45PM – 9:30PM.

Parents are asked to please drop teens promptly at 8:30PM and retrieve them by 9:30PM. Advice: Look for a strobe light to guide you to the fun!

North Bend Moose Lodge Egg Hunt

For kids 5th grade and younger, Saturday, April 4, 2015, 9AM sharp! North Bend Moose Lodge puts on this annual event at Si View Park, 400 SE Orchard Driver. Participants will be divided into four age groups. The Moose Lodge serves a pancake breakfast, free for the kids, following the egg hunt.

Snoqualmie Spring Egg Hunt

For ages 1 – 12, Saturday, April 4, 2015, 10AM sharp!  Candy-filled eggs will be scattered by the thousands across Centennial Fields, 39903 SE Park Street. Participants grouped by age. Kids can also visit with the Easter Bunny, who is rumored to usually ride into town aboard a Snoqualmie Fire Truck.  Advice:  Show up early!

Egg Hunt at Camp Terry in Preston

Kids can hunt for prizes and candy at Camp Terry, 31112 SE 85th Place, Saturday April 4, 2015 at 10AM.

The Easter Bunny will there, along with a balloon artists and crafts. To get to Camp Terry: Take Preston-Fall City Road, turn onto Southeast 85th Place, and follow it to the end of the street, about a block.

Bow-Wow Doggie Egg Hunt

For Snoqualmie Valley pooches, Saturday, April 4, 2015, 11AM sharp at Three Forks Dog Park (across from Centennial Fields) in Snoqualmie.

Bring your dog and your basket for fun in the park. Collect eggs filled with dog treats and prizes, plus tennis balls. Prizes include toys, treats, and gift certificates to Pet Place Market.

Suggested donation for participation is $5 – all who donate will receive a dog brush. All proceeds go to the Snoqualmie Valley Pet Food Bank – a non-profit that helps low-income pet owners feed their dogs and cats.

Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater Easter Egg Hunt

For ages 1 – 12, Saturday, April 4, 2015, 11AM sharp. Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater, 36800 SE David Powell Road in Fall City.  Three egg hunting age groups: 3 and under, 4 – 7 years, and 8 – 12 years.

Treat-filled plastic eggs will be hidden in the upper meadow of the theater’s 95 acre property. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Attendees are encouraged bringing a picnic lunch.

Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater is a unique symbiosis between nature and musical theater. The outdoor family-oriented theater venue is surrounded by 95 undeveloped acres of woods, meadows and streams, with a picturesque view of Snoqualmie Falls within a five-minute walk of the parking area.
