This summer, art is returning to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail as the free annual Art in Nature Walk expands for its second year across three Snoqualmie Valley communities: Carnation, Fall City, and North Bend.
Beginning July 1, visitors can explore outdoor art installations created by local artists along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail in each community. The celebration will kick off with opening ceremonies in all three locations, inviting residents and visitors alike to celebrate local artists, community connection, and the natural beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley.
Opening Ceremony Schedule – July 1
- 5:00 PM — Carnation at Nick Loutsis Park
- 6:00 PM — Fall City at Aroma Coffee
- 7:00 PM — North Bend at North Bend Center for Creativity
The Art in Nature Walk encourages the community to stroll, explore, and discover art woven into the valley’s scenic landscape throughout July and August. Visitors may also participate in an online auction running through August 31, with proceeds directly supporting local artists.
“The Art in Nature Walk celebrates both the creativity of our local artists and the beautiful landscapes of our valley,” said Nicole Ballard, Program Coordinator for the Lee Arts Foundation. “We’re especially excited this year to expand to Fall City and North Bend and to celebrate the artists with opening ceremonies on July 1. It’s a wonderful way for the community to come together, experience, and support local art.”
