Annual Snoqualmie Valley Preschool Fair returns January 26th

On Saturday January 26th, the Sno-Valley Indoor Playground will be hosting its annual Preschool and Enrichment Fair at Si View Community Center. This is a free event open to the public to connect local families to area preschools, daycares, and enrichment programs. Doors will be open from 10AM – Noon.

Organizers say this is the only event of its kind in the Snoqualmie Valley and a wonderful way to have face-to-face contact with nearly 30 local teachers, directors of daycare facilities, staff from enrichment programs, and a host of other services for children ages 0-6.

Many preschools begin their enrollment period for the next school year in January, making the fair well-timed for families facing such an important decision.

“The preschool fair has been going on for years and is a valuable resource for both families and local businesses,” said Susan O’Leary, Volunteer President of the Sno-Valley Indoor Playground. “It’s a great way to connect everyone in one place, and parents definitely appreciate the convenience of that. The schools and programs in our area are wonderful, but they are filling up fast due to the recent growth within the valley. The preschool fair is designed to eliminate the pressure and give parents the opportunity to casually explore what is available and best for their children.”

Bring the kids! A play space will be set up for the little ones and refreshments will be provided. Fair attendees will receive a free Resource Guide which provides contact information and detailed descriptions of all organizations registered at the fair.

The Sno-Valley Indoor Playground is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization that offers community programs for families with children ages 0-6, most notably an indoor play space run from the Si View Community Center in North Bend, their annual Preschool Fair, and a Children’s Safety Fair each spring.
