All Aboard: Popular Day out with Thomas event pulls into Snoqualmie next two weekends

The next two weekends will bring the annual family summer exodus to Snoqualmie, as Thomas the Tank Engine prepares for his yearly stop in the Valley. Some time slots are sold out, but according to the NW Railway Museum, there are plenty of tickets still available.

**Note: If you’re heading downtown, be prepared for extra vehicle and pedestrian traffic for the popular event.**

All aboard! Thomas the Tank Engine invites little engineers to go full steam ahead for a day of engaging activities and fun adventures at Day Out With Thomas: The Steam Team Tour 2019. Children are invited to spend the day with their friend Thomas when the #1 Engine pulls into Snoqualmie, WA on July 12th.

Day Out With Thomas is a fun-filled event that provides children of all ages the opportunity to climb aboard and take a ride with Thomas as well as participate inThomas & Friends™ themed activities.  The tour, now in its 24th year, will make 37 stops across the U.S. and Canada, and is expected to welcome nearly one million passengers in 2019. 

The Snoqualmie stops happen on July 12th-14th & 19th-21st. Little engineers and their families are invited to take a 25-minute ride to Snoqualmie Falls on their favorite engine; meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway; see the historic Snoqualmie Depot; and enjoy a day of Thomas & Friends fun with crafts, photo ops, motor car rides, and more.

Train rides with Thomas depart every 45 minutes, rain or shine. Departure times begin at 9AM through 4:30pm each day of the event.  Tickets for Day Out With Thomas are $25 – $28 for ages two and up.
