Update 10:15 AM: Westbound I-90 is closed 9 miles east of the summit at Price Creek due to collisions. Estimated reopening at noon. Eastbound is open with traction tires required.

Update 10:00 AM: According to the Washington State Patrol, on Eastbound I-90 between MP 24 and MP 32 there are very icy conditions. troopers have responded to at least 15 collisions! Slow down be alert for plows and treatment trucks.

Update 10:44 AM: This accident has been cleared
According to eyewitness accounts and WSDOT Traffic on Twitter, on I-90 westbound just west of SR 202 there is a collision blocking the right lane.
State Patrol has arrived on the scene.
In addition, there is another accident I90 eastbound just east of Highway 18. A truck hauling a trailer jacked knife in the ditch.
Current Snoqualmie Pass conditions are compact snow, slush and ice traction tires required.
