A “Last Blast” for the Class of 2021 Starts this Saturday

This Saturday, June 12th, you are invited to a celebration for the Class of 2021. The event kicks off what the organizing parent group is calling Senior week.

The same group of parents who created the Adopt a Senior program earlier in the school year is organizing multiple events this week leading up to graduation.

Senior Car Parade

On Saturday, June 12th, join the community and families of the Snoqualmie Valley School District’s Class of 2021 for a car parade. Dirtfish Rally School is kindly providing a staging area for the vehicles and driving the lead pace car. Seniors, wearing their caps and gowns, will be driven up the parkway in decorated cars for spectators to congratulate and cheer on!

The event will start promptly at 6 PM at the intersection of Railroad (SR202) & Snoqualmie Parkway and end at I90. Click here for more details.

Senior Scavenger Hunt

The next day, Sunday, June 13th, a scavenger hunt put on by Compass Outdoor Adventures and paid for by generous community donations goes live at 9 AM.  There will be 4 days of custom missions all over the Snoqualmie Valley to help seniors celebrate their time in high school before their next adventures begin.

Teams of up to five students can register now at this link Mt Si Senior Scavenger Hunt-Compass Outdoor Adventures. There will be multiple prizes awarded to team members including a thrill ride at DirtFish as well as a private movie showing at North Bend Theater.

Senior Drive in Movie at DirtFish Rally School

The movie, for now, is a well-kept secret, but Monday, June 14th, is the senior drive-in movie, again sponsored by Dirtfish Rally School! The gates open at 8 pm and the movie will start at dusk. Concessions will be provided for movie-going students.

The “Last Blast” at North Fork Farm

On Thursday, June 17th, from 12-3 a blast of a party will be held for seniors at North Fork Farm. This is a final opportunity for the kids to connect and enjoy food from a food truck or two. Compass Outdoor will be on-site to show a slide show video of the week-long scavenger hunt and announce the winners. There will be music, yearbook signing and photo opportunities

Final Senior Car Parade

Lastly, on June 18th at 10 AM, Fall City is hosting a senior class parade for all schools’ seniors in the surrounding communities. Students can join their friends from other schools for this one.

No need to register. For questions contact Angela Donaldson ilovefallcity@gmail.com

Mount Si High School Graduation is Friday, June 18. For information about graduation and how to Livestream the ceremonies click here.
