The cities of North Bend and Snoqualmie invite residents to throw on their red, white, and blue; decorate bikes, trikes, wagons, and even family pets; and join walking parades to celebrate America’s 250th birthday on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
This will be North Bend’s first Family Fun 4th of July Parade. And after a near-cancelation, the City of Snoqualmie and the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA re-designed the parade to a community walk to alleviate safety concerns associated with the popular event that has attracted hundreds of residents for the past 25 years.
North Bend Family Fun 4th of July Parade
Residents can come together and celebrate with friendly dogs, non-motorized bikes and scooters, roller skates, homemade decorations, music, bubbles, and more. Stops along the route will include a photo booth and “selfie” area, 4th of July bracelets, and small handheld American flags.
The parade will begin at 10:45 am, starting outside the North Bend Bar and Grill along Ballarat Ave. Participants can arrive as early as 10 am.
Parade Decorating Parties
The North Bend Downtown Foundation and North Bend Art and Industry will host parade decoration parties, located at 1533 Bendigo Blvd on Tuesday, June 30, from 10 am to 4 pm and Thursday, July 2, 10 am to 4 pm.
** Please note, motorized scooters and bikes are not permitted at the North Bend parade. **
Road closures for the event (with no through-traffic) happen Saturday, July 4, from approximately 9 am to 1 pm and include:
- Main Avenue, from 142 Main Ave to North Bend Way
- Main Ave from McClellan St to North Bend Way
- North Bend Way, from Bendigo Blvd to Ballarat Avenue
Snoqualmie 4th of July Community Walk
The event’s new route – led by the Snoqualmie Fire Dept – starts at Cascade View Elementary School at 10:30 am sharp, runs straight down SE Ridge Street to Borden Ave, then into Snoqualmie Community Park. Snoqualmie firefighters aboard Engine 155 and the vintage fire truck will greet participants at the finish.

Snoqualmie Ridge ROA 4th of July Celebration
After the walk, join friends and neighbors at the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA’s annual 4th of July Celebration form 11 am to 2 pm at Snoqualmie Community Park. The event includes food, games, and community connections.
Snoqualmie Red, White and Boom
Later that night, Snoqualmie’s big Red, White and Boom community event happens at 7 pm, with plenty of food trucks, inflatables, and vendors on site at Snoqualmie Community Park. The event is capped off by the popular fireworks show at 9:45 pm.
