The 20th Annual SnoValley Flood Forum will return this October, bringing together residents, businesses, local governments, emergency responders, and community organizations to strengthen flood awareness, preparedness, recovery, and resilience throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.
Hosted by the Snoqualmie Valley Community Resilience Coalition, the free public event provides practical, locally relevant information to help residents better understand flood risk, make informed decisions, and access resources before, during, and after flood events.
Participants will hear brief presentations from regional and local experts on flood forecasting, emergency preparedness, flood insurance, flood mitigation, road safety, rebuilding considerations, and long-term resilience strategies. Attendees will also have opportunities to connect directly with organizations serving the Valley through a community resource fair and facilitated discussion.
