Fall City Days brings community FUN to town, June 8th

It’s back – and it means summer is close! A day of community fun during Fall City Days, which closes streets and turns downtown Fall City into a big festival all day, Saturday, June 8th.

There’s no shortage of activities either: a Fun Run, Kiddie and Main Parade, Pancake Breakfast, Arts & Crafts, the Bubleman Family Entertainer, Food Booths, Watermelon Eating Contest, Live Music in the Park – and of course, the Ducky Derby complete with a $500 grand prize to benefit Fall City schools.

If you’re heading that way, prepare for all day road closures with detours set up to help you get around.

Here’s a Full List for Fall City Days Activities:

  • 7:30AM—10:30AM Pancake Breakfast (Proceeds benefit Fall City REMISSIONaries Relay for Life Team) United Methodist Church
  • 9AM Fun Run; – Kids 1k, 5k Run and 5k walk, 10k Run – Olive Taylor Quigley Park, Awards Announced at 10:30AM
  • 9AM—5PM Arts, Crafts and Food Booths, SR 202/Fall City-Redmond Rd
  • 9AM—5PM Information Booth and Shirt Sales. Olive Taylor Quigley Park
  • 11AM: Kiddie Parade. Organized by the United Methodist Youth Hand Bell Choir; Check In at King County Library, Route ends at Main Stage
  • 11AM: Main Parade, Grand Marshals: Pete & Judy Nelson, Treehouse Masters – Check in at Farmers Insurance Parking Lot
  • 12PM—3PM Bubbleman, Fall City Art Park
  • 1:30PM: Watermelon Eating Contest, Organized by Fall City Schools – Olive Taylor Quigley Park
  • 2PM—5PM: Live Music performed by T-Town Aces, Sponsored by Mercury’s Coffee – Park Stage at Olive Taylor Quigley Park
  • 2:30PM: Ducky Derby Race at Snoqualmie River, Sponsored by Kevin Hauglie Farmers Insurance Agency – Winners Announced at 4PM, Prize Pick up 4-5PM
