Community Meetings Explore Improving, Expanding Bus Routes in North Bend

Socialize with Neighbors and Help Shape Future Transportation Options in North Bend.

Do you or anyone in your family need public transportation access in the Cedar Falls area of North Bend? Would you like to bike the trail down from this area and be able to use public transportation for the trip back up? Would you like to see safe public transportation to and from Rattlesnake Lake?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join the Snoqualmie Valley Transportation (SVT) Open House Meetings to discuss improvements for existing services, as well as the need for new routes serving the neighborhoods of Wilderness Rim, Riverbend, Cedar Village and Si View.

All interested parties are welcome to attend any or all of the following meetings:

  • IMPROVING OUR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: Monday February 29th , 6 – 7:30PM, Mt. Si Senior Center, 411 Main Ave
  • EXPANDING ROUTES TO INCLUDE NEIGHBORHOODS NEAR CEDAR FALLS: Monday, March 7th , 6 – 7:30PM, Cascade Covenant Church, 13225 435th Avenue SE
  • CREATING A NEW PLAN: Monday, March 14th, 6 – 7:30PM, Mt. Si Senior Center, 411 Main Avenue

Each Open House includes a light dinner from local businesses and a drawing for a chance to win gift certificates to Safeway and QFC, which are both regular stops for SVT buses.

For up to date information visit the Snoqualmie Valley Transportation Facebook page or www.SVTbus.org

SVT encourages community members to bring a neighbor, come out, learn more about the service and contribute to the public transportation options that can best serve the needs of your families and neighborhoods.
